Practical Steps
Step 1
Pass theory first
Practical submission opens only after the final theory test is passed.
Step 2
Fly the task
Choose the practical requirement you are working on and fly that task.
Step 3
Wait until the PIREP is accepted in phpVMS
Closing ACARS is not enough. The flight must become accepted before it appears in the practical submit page.
Step 4
Open Submit Practical
Choose the requirement and attach the accepted PIREP or enter pilot notes.
Step 5
Wait for admin review
Submitted means waiting for review. It does not mean passed yet.
Step 6
Unlock checkride
The checkride opens only after all required practical items are passed.
