From sign-up to certified pilot.
Every academy course follows the same six steps. Each step unlocks the next — so you always know exactly what to do now, and what comes after. No guessing.
The training roadmap
Follow these in order. Steps 4–6 stay locked until you’ve cleared the one before them.
Enroll on a program
Pick a course from the catalog and press Enroll. New pilots start with the AirCrewCentral Induction; after that you can take a type rating for the B737F, B777F or MD-11F. Guests need to register or log in first.
→ Unlocks the theory lessonsStudy the theory
Work through the course lessons at your own pace — systems, procedures, charts and weather, each with diagrams. Take your time; nothing is timed at this stage.
→ Prepares you for the theory examPass the theory exam
The exam draws a random set of questions from the course bank, shuffled each time. Reach the course pass mark (usually 80%) to clear it. You can review every answer afterwards and retake if needed.
→ Unlocks the practical submissionFly the practical PIREP
Fly the required sector and file your PIREP. The academy checks it automatically against the course criteria — route, aircraft type, landing rate and more — so you get instant feedback on what passed.
🔒 Pass the theory exam to unlockComplete the checkride
A trainer reviews your practical flight against the standard and confirms you’re ready. This is the final sign-off before qualification.
🔒 Submit a valid practical PIREP to unlockEarn your certificate
Once the checkride passes, your certificate is issued automatically and appears in your profile. Type ratings and recurrent checks stay valid for the course period, then you return for the annual PROF CHECK.

Start with induction
It’s the required first course for every AirCrewCentral pilot — and the fastest way to begin.
