Welcome to AirCrewCentral — your gateway to multiple virtual airlines, all on one platform!
Here, you can fly with Challenge Group Virtual, KLM Virtual, Air France Virtual, Transavia Virtual, Martinair Virtual, or SAS Virtual — and freely transfer between them anytime while keeping your hours, rank, and awards.
We’ve made it super easy — just follow these simple steps:
✈️ Step 1: Register on the AirCrewCentral Website
Go to www.aircrewcentral.com
Click the “Register” button on the left menu.
Fill out the pilot registration form:
- Your First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Password (you’ll use this for both the website and ACARS)
- Home Airport (where you want to be based)
- Desired Callsign (for example: CHZ123, KLM512, AFR876, etc.)
✅ After you submit the form, your account may need admin approval.
You’ll get an email when it’s ready — then you can log in to your new pilot dashboard!
? Step 2: Download and Install ACARS
ACARS is the small program that connects your flight simulator (MSFS, P3D, or X-Plane) with our system — it records your flight and sends it to your logbook.
- Log in to your pilot account on AirCrewCentral.
- Open the “Downloads” or “ACARS” page.
- Download vmsACARS and install it on your PC.
It takes just a few minutes to set up!
? Step 3: Log In to ACARS
- Open the ACARS program.
- Enter the same email and password you used on the website.
- When asked for the site URL, enter:
https://www.aircrewcentral.com
✅ Done — you are now connected to our VA network!
? Step 4: Book Your First Flight
Now it’s time to fly!
- Go back to the website.
- Click “Schedules” in the left menu.
- Browse and choose a flight that looks interesting (departure, destination, aircraft, airline).
- Click “Book Flight” — this will reserve that flight for you.
? Tip: Each airline has its own style — cargo, passenger, or charter. Try them all later!
? Step 5: Fly the Route Using ACARS
- Start your flight simulator (MSFS, P3D, or X-Plane).
- Load the correct aircraft and set your plane at the departure airport.
- In ACARS, click “Start Flight.”
- Fly the route as planned — enjoy the journey!
- After landing and parking at the gate, click “Stop Flight.”
✅ ACARS will automatically record your route, altitude, and landing — and send it to your profile.
? Step 6: Submit and Review Your Flight (PIREP)
After you finish the flight, ACARS automatically submits your PIREP (Pilot Report) to our website.
You can check your completed flight here:
- Go to “My Flights” in your profile.
- You’ll see your hours, flight stats, and ranking update automatically.
If your flight was successful — you’ll earn virtual pay and progress toward your next rank!
